Returns
You can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in their original condition
- returned in the original packaging
For hygiene reasons, we may not accept returns on worn earrings.
How to start a return
Simply email us with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you'd like to return
- We'll guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the payment
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different style or size?
The easiest way is to return your item and place a new order.
This helps us process everything faster for you.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or you experience a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We'll repair, replace, or refund your item free of charge.
All jewelry is covered by our 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
